Abbreviated Curriculum Vitae:

ELE (Spanish as Foreign Language) teacher since 1996. She has worked in different schools and language teaching institutions in Italy and Turkey and has always been actively involved in course design including curriculum, class materials and assessment.
As a teacher training or conference presenter, she has collaborated with Cervantes Institute, Istanbul University, Girona University, the Directorate of Educational Programs of the Embassy of Spain, LEND (Lingua e nuova didattica) association and Edinumen and SGEL publishers.
She has been part of the Spanish instructors’ team at Boğaziçi University since 2015, where she has participated in the design of the internship program for preservice Spanish teachers and tutored students from Comillas Foundation, Girona University and Valencia International University. She is also a member of the organization committee of Jornadas de Formación de Profesorado ELE, a conference for Spanish teachers that have been taking place at Boğaziçi University since 2014.

Research Interests:

SFL teaching, ICT integration in the curriculum, formative assessment, learning design, learner autonomy, key competencies development.
