Graduated in Hispanic Philology at the Universitat de Barcelona. Master’s degree in Document Management from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
After completing her studies she obtained the Educational Skill Certificate (CAP). Throughout the years, she has attended many courses related to language teaching with a primary focus on teaching Spanish as a foreign language (ELE).
She has been a member of the DELE (Diploma in Spanish as a foreign language) examination board numerous times.
After arriving in Turkey in 1991, she started teaching at Istanbul Teknik Üniversitesi and since 2006 she has been working at Bogaziçi Universitesi. In both universities she has carried out teaching tasks as well as academic responsibilities.

Spanish as foreign language (ELE), learner autonomy, integrating ICT.
