Mr. Rodrigues professional life started in Brazil, where he worked for 4 years in the cultural sector, first at the International Rio Film Festival, and later for a production company that organized workshops for young cinema producers and developed movie projects. In Brazil also, he had his first experience as a Portuguese teacher in language schools. In France, he studied French Literature and Linguistics, before moving to Turkey, where he has been living and working as a Portuguese and French teacher since 2009. Before starting in 2014 at Boğaziçi University, he worked at places such as French Institute and Sabancı University.
